At Angels In The Midst customer satisfaction is our number one priority, which is why we offer a 100% Customer
Satisfaction guarantee. We are committed to creating close, long-term relationships with our customers and guests and in
order to accomplish that we put great effort into ensuring that you are a satisfied customer. We want you to be completely satisfied
with your purchase. If you ever experience any problem or issue with our service and/or products, please contact us at angels@angelsinthemidst.com and
we will correct the situation immediately. Your concerns and inquiries will always be addressed and you can always expect a
prompt response and resolution. See our RETURN POLICY below for more detailed information. Visit our Contact Us page
for information as to the best way to communicate with us so that your concern can be promptly addressed.
From the moment your
order is placed until your order is securely delivered to you, we will be in contact with you throughout the process. You will
not have to wonder about the status of your order. You will receive confirmation of your order, constant status updates,
when you can expect delivery, and we will follow up with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your order. Again, should
you have any questions that we had not addressed, please contact us and you can expect an immediate response.
Hours of Operation
We
are open between 9:00 a.m. PST and 5:00 p.m. PST. Should you have any questions or concerns and wish to phone us, we are available
during normal business hours. Or, should you wish to communicate with us via e-mail, please visit our Contact Us page for
a complete set of e-mail addresses which will address your specific needs. All inquiries will be answered promptly.
Payment
Options
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, as well as debit cards (which display the Mastercard or Visa logo)
and electronic check payments. These payment methods are processed securely through Paypal so you can shop with peace of mind
knowing that your transaction is secure and safe. It is not necessary that you have a Paypal account in order to make a payment.
We are a Paypal Verified business.
Product Availability
Due to an ever-changing inventory, products can quickly become unavailable
or discontinued with minimal warning from our suppliers. We will inform you immediately when an item is on backorder or is no
longer available. At that time, you will be given the option of canceling the order or waiting for the item to become available.
It is our policy to stay in constant communication throughout the process, keeping you informed as to the status of your order from
the time the order is placed until the time you are in receipt of the order.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence at Angels
In The Midst. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can return the merchandise to us for a full refund of your original
cost. In order to receive a refund, we ask that you please follow these guidelines:
1. The merchandise must
be returned within 30 days of your purchase date.
2. In order to accept your return item(s), you will need to contact us
to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). To request a RA number for a return you can contact us via e-mail at refunds@angelsinthemidst.com
to obtain a RA number. Once we receive your request, a Return Authorization form will be e-mailed or faxed to you (your preference).
This form must be included in the return package so that you can be properly credited. No returns will be accepted without this
form.
3. The merchandise should be returned in its original packaging and must be in the original saleable condition.
If the item was damaged in transit, we will issue you a refund. When you contact us for a RA #, we will advise you as to how
to handle the return of this damaged item.
4. Please ensure that the package is properly packaged so that the merchandise
is received by us in the same condition as it was received by you.
5. Upon receipt and inspection of the package, a 100%
refund for the merchandise, including original shipping costs incurred, will be immediately refunded.
6. A credit voucher for
the shipping cost you paid to return the item will be issued to you, which can be applied on future orders.
Sales Tax
Because
we are situated in California, we are required by law to collect a 8% sales tax on the merchandise total for all orders shipments
to California.
Discounts
Only one discount can be applied on each order. E-Club members receive a 15-20% discount and occasionally
special discount offers are extended. If you have multiple discount codes, be sure to use the one discount code that gives you
the best deal!
Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped approximately within 7 - 10 business days after your order is placed,
dependent upon product availability. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will receive immediate notification
so that you can decide if you would like to cancel your order or wait for availability of the item. Should you choose to cancel
the order, full payment will promptly be refunded. We will remain in constant communication with from the time your order
is placed until the time your order is received. You won’t ever have to “guess” as to the status of your order.
We offer
free standard shipping for all orders totaling $75 or more. Currently, we ship only within the Continental U.S.
· Standard
Rates: For orders totaling $0.01 to $75, rate is $6.95/per order. Free shipping for orders totaling $75 or more.
· Rush Rates: For orders totaling $.01 to $24.99 is $20.00. For orders totaling $25 or more, the rate is 50% of total order.
Periodically,
“free shipping” campaigns will be offered. These campaigns will over-ride the above listed standard shipping costs through the
effective date specified.

Free
Gifts, Contests and Giveaways
At Angels In The Midst we like to show our appreciation to visitors and customers alike by occasionally
offering giveaways, contests, and/or rewards for contributing, and sharing, your thoughts, ideas and/or stories. Some guidelines
regarding these offers:
· Offers, contests, giveaways are open to residents of the
United States, ages 18 and up only.
· Offers are open to US shipping addresses only.
· By
participating in the offer, you agree to share your contact information (name, e-mail, address and/or phone number) so that your prize
or gift may be shipped to you. On occasion winners and/or recipients will be posted on the website but you
will have the option of listing first name only or first and last name. The city and state will also be listed but no physical
addresses will be posted. No photos will be posted.
· For contests and
drawings, if you have won a prize from Angels In The Midst in the past, you must wait 60 days before winning again.
· Prizes and/or gifts are shipped within 2 weeks upon verification. An email will be sent containing all pertinent information
and expected ship date.
· For contests, winners will be contacted via email.
· Criteria for specific giveaways, contests and offers must be met in order to be eligible.
· In the case of free gift offers, in the rare instance that demand exceeds supply, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal
or greater value. Should this happen, we’ll always go with “greater value” as we don’t want you to be disappointed.
Premium
Membership Terms
Membership is good for one year from date of purchase. Members will receive a $10 off coupon each month, for
12 consecutive months. Members who join mid-month (after the 15th of any given month) will be given an additional coupon at
the end of their term to make up for the partial use of the coupon in the first month.
Each monthly $10 off coupon is valid
for a one-time use on any purchase with merchandise totaling $25 or more (excluding taxes and shipping if applicable). Thiscoupon is transferable and may be given to a friend, family member, or co-worker should you choose not to use it in any given month.
The monthly $10 off coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other offers, including the 20% member discount. Coupon
may be applied to purchase all items from the Angels In The Midst Gift Gallery, including sale and clearance items.
The Member
20% discount may be used on all Angels In The Midst purchases (excluding purchases using the $10 off coupon), even including sale
and clearance items. The member discount may only be used by the Premium Member and cannot be shared with others. Should
you fail to enter your membership discount code at checkout, please send us an email to angels@angelsinthemidst.com and we will immediately
make an adjustment, crediting you back the 20% discount you are entitled to. We make every attempt to ensure that our members are
using their discount but sometimes an order or two will slip by us. We want our members to receive all of the benefits and savings
that they are entitled to.
There are times throughout the year in which we have special offers available only to members (discount
greater than the member discount, free shipping, etc.). During these promotions, there may be times when the member discount
cannot be used in conjunction with these special offers. We will advise our members when announcing any special promotions.
The $10 membership fee is not a subscription that is automatically renewed at the end of the term (year). Do not worry
about automatically being charged at the end of the term. We will notify members as the membership draws to an end. At
that time members will have the option of extending their membership or simply do nothing and it will be canceled.
The membership
fee of $10 is non-refundable. However, should the Premium Club Member choose to cancel, they may do so prior to using the first
$10 coupon and a store credit of $10 will be issued which may be applied to future Angels In The Midst gift items.
There is no
cash back or credit on unused $10 off coupons.
Privacy Policy
We know how important our customer’s privacy is
and, because of this we do not share your personal information with a 3rd party. We want you to feel confident that your
personal information is safe and secure. E-mail subscriptions and E-Club memberships may be modified at any time. To unsubscribe
from either one, please send an e-mail to unsubscribe@angelsinthemidst.com and you will be immediately removed from our lists.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have
separate and independent privacy policies which we encourage you to review. All outside advertisements and third party links
are closely reviewed. We do not accept advertisements for any illegal products or services that we feel are objectionable or
in bad taste. We seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these linked sites (including if a
specific link does not work) should you encounter any problems or issues.
